By ordering a commission from me, you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. Please read carefully before buying!
Terms are subject to change at any point.
-Last updated: November 13th, 2025

-You may use my artwork as your profile picture, header/banner, etc. with proper credit.
-You may repost your commission with credit, but PLEASE ask for permission before reposting any of my other art.
-Under no circumstance will I allow any of my art to be used for NFT's, AI training, AI edits, etc. This includes commissions.

Before Ordering
-Violating my TOS will result in a temporary blacklist or a block depending on the severity. However you will be permanently blacklisted if you violate my TOS 3 times or more.-I have the right to cancel/refuse a commission for any reason. I will attempt to refund any cancelled commissions.-If you would like your commission posted on social media, please let me know. By default, your commission will NOT be posted on social media, but will be posted on Patreon.-Turnaround time ranges anywhere from a few hours to a few months depending on my motivation and free time, please be patient with me.-Please do not ask me to/attempt to remove my watermark from completed commissions.-Please provide a clear, unshaded drawing of your character, I refuse to work with text-only descriptions, and it is too difficult to color-pick shaded drawings.

Payment
-Payment can be done via PayPal or Ko-Fi. Other methods may be added in the future.-Refunds will be done through PayPal or any other viable methods. Once you have approved the sketch you may no longer request a refund.-Payment must be done in USD, however you can use PayPal to convert your currency into USD during payment if you use a foreign currency.-I will accept holdings or split payments, but you must pay me in full before I begin line art. If you fail to do so within two weeks, I will cancel your commission in assumption that you are attempting to scam me and I will attempt to refund any money you may have already payed me if possible.

Process
-Once I have completed the sketch I will send it over to you and at this point you may request changes. Once you have approved the sketch you may not request any further changes to the drawing.-Please note if you request major changes to be made I may not always do them right away.-Once completed, I will send you a high-quality version of the finished commission via e-mail or Google Drive link.
